  • You are responsible for the growth of the StartUp and define the strategy

  • You negotiate contracts with suppliers and cooperation partners

  • You acquire equity from investors

  • You identify relevant events and carry out pitches

  • Identify the most relevant support programs and apply with your StartUp

  • You are responsible for the preparation and updating of the business plan

  • You represent the StartUp in the press and at events

  • You are responsible for the reporting to external shareholders and stakeholders

Profile

  • You have initial experience in setting up and leading a team in a wide range of specialist areas

  • You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and ideally have already worked in a start-up company or founded one yourself

  • You are number-oriented and analytically strong

  • You are communicative, customer-oriented and have a high tech affinity

  • You are curious and motivated to learn new things

  • You are proficient in MS Office and fluent in German and English

  • Flexible working hours
