About the internship

As part of the internship you will get a mentor at High Rise Ventures who will look after you and be your sparring partner for internal projects. At the same time, we will check in which of our portfolio companies your skills can best be deployed. In this way, you will be directly involved in operations and will have your own area of responsibility. For strategic topics you can work at eye level with the management of the StartUps. With the internship at High Rise Ventures you will understand the PropTech ecosystem and gain your first professional experience as an entrepreneur!

Tasks

  • Possible tasks in which you could get an insight:

    • Business Development & Marketing: Support for sales campaigns and initiatives for customer acquisition, analysis and generation of KPIs, support for offline and online marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    • Finance: Supporting the managing directors in accounting and updating the business plan

    • Project Management: You take responsibility for the required structure of relevant projects and coordinate tasks, documentation and follow-up

    • Operations: Support of key account management tasks for new and existing customers, where you can reliably take over functions of the contact person 

    • Management: Support with pitch deck iterations and investor relations

Profile

  • You are independent, proactive and try to get used to new topics on your own

  • You are almost finished with your studies or have recently completed them 

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and find the topics Internet, digitisation and start-ups exciting

  • You have a positive "can-do" attitude, you love variety and new challenges, you are very analytical and open to feedback

  • You are willing to travel inside and outside Germany

  • You are fluent in English and German
