Tasks

  • You develop the production strategy of the StartUp

  • You scout competitor products and alternatives and evaluate them

  • You quickly develop the product further in the sense of fast prototyping

  • You master lean management approaches to improve existing processes

  • You pilot new business models and test different UseCases and target groups

  • You develop meaningful operational KPIs and monitor their achievement

  • You play an active role in the strategic orientation of the company

Profile

  • You have first experiences in the field of product development You have a distinct hands-on mentality and ideally have already worked in a start-up company or founded one yourself

  • You are accustomed to agile work and can adapt flexibly to new circumstances

  • You are communicative, customer-oriented and have a high tech affinity

  • You are proficient in MS Office and fluent in German and English

  • Flexible working hours
